Production & shipping
Every item is made to order. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days, then shipping within the US typically takes 3 to 8 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Free US shipping on orders $75+. Orders under $75 pay a flat shipping rate, shown at checkout before you pay.
Holiday 2026: order-by dates
For delivery within the US by December 25, please place your order by December 10 with standard shipping. A few products are made outside the US and take longer, so for complete peace of mind we recommend ordering by November 25.
If an order has several items, it ships when everything is ready, so plan around the earliest date.
Personalization
We print names, years and messages exactly as you type them. Please check spelling, capitalization and punctuation before you check out. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, email us as soon as possible; once production starts we can't make changes.
Returns & exchanges
Because each item is personalized and made just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind or sizing. Please double-check names, spelling and sizes before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or with a printing error, email us at kinkeepsakegifts@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a refund.
